When will my Kingston Canadians order be ready ?

All orders placed before October 25, 2021 will be delivered to team managers by November 19, 2021. 

Orders placed by November 22, 2021 will be available for pick-up or delivery by December 13, 2021


How do I know which size to order?

Each of the styles in this store has garment measurements included in the product description. 


Do I have to purchase all my child’s apparel right away?

No, purchase what you need, when you need it. We have set up the online store so that there is an order schedule throughout the season. 

Is there a maximum character count for name and number personalizations?

Yes. The maximum number for names is 12 characters and the maximum for numbers is 2 characters.

What happens if one of my products isn't immediately available?

We’ll let you know right away if any of the items you’ve ordered aren’t immediately available. We’ll give you our best estimate for when they’ll be back in stock, and give you the following options:

  • You can wait for the back-ordered item(s) to become available.
  • You can switch to another option or colour (if available).
  • You can cancel the back-ordered item(s) and receive a full refund

    Can I make any changes to my order once it has been placed?

    Changes to orders can only be made while the store is still open. If a change needs to be made after the closing of an online store, please contact us immediately for assistance.

    What should I do first when I get my order?

    Before trying on any new Kingston Canadians apparel, please make sure to confirm the following:

    • Quantities are correct 
    • Sizing is correct 
    • Personalization (name or number) are correct

    If any of these details are incorrect, please contact us immediately.


    There is a problem with my order. What do I do? 

    We exercise a high degree of care in producing quality garments, and we’re committed to your satisfaction. If you receive a garment with a defect, please contact us right away. (Refer to our refund policy for more details.)

    If one of your garments doesn't fit properly, we'll be happy to produce a replacement item at a 50% discount. 



    How do I maintain print, embroidery or twill decorations on my garments?

    The best way to care for your decorated garments is to follow the instructions on the manufacturer's label and wash them inside out.

    Where is my order coming from?

    Your Kingston Canadians order is being decorated & shipped locally here in Kingston by Primetime Custom (
