When will my Kingston Canadians order be ready ?
Final team order delivery dates are still being confirmed, but your jerseys are being decorated here in Kingston and they will be delivered to team managers before the start of your season.
How do I know which size to order?
Hockey jerseys should be fitted using jersey sizing samples (ideally while the player is wearing their shoulder pads!). Jersey sizers are available at team sizing events, or you can visit the Primetime Custom showroom M-F, 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Each of the other products in this store has garment measurements included in the product description. Please choose your garment size carefully - we cannot accept exchanges due to incorrect sizing.
What happens if one of my products isn't immediately available?
We’ll let you know right away if any of the items you’ve ordered aren’t immediately available. We’ll give you our best estimate for when they’ll be back in stock, and give you the following options:
- You can wait for the back-ordered item(s) to become available.
- You can switch to another option or colour (if available).
- You can cancel the back-ordered item(s) and receive a full refund
Can I make any changes to my order once it has been placed?
Changes to orders can only be made while the store is still open. If a change needs to be made after the closing of an online store, please contact us immediately for assistance.
What should I do first when I get my order?
Before trying on any new Kingston Canadians apparel, please make sure to confirm the following:
- Quantities are correct
- Sizing is correct
- Personalization (name or number) are correct
If any of these details are incorrect, please contact us immediately.
There is a problem with my order. What do I do?
We exercise a high degree of care in producing quality garments, and we’re committed to your satisfaction. If you receive a garment with a defect, please contact us right away. (Refer to our refund policy for more details.)
If one of your garments doesn't fit properly, we'll be happy to produce a replacement item at a 50% discount.
How do I maintain print, embroidery or twill decorations on my garments?
The best way to care for your decorated garments is to follow the instructions on the manufacturer's label and wash them inside out.
